Like Freddy Krueger or Richard Simmons, Buffalo rockers Goo Goo Dolls emerged from the primordial ooze of the 1980s, and nothing seems to be able to knock them down.Of those three, the band has probably aged best — only Pee Wee Herman has outstripped all three — and reappeared freshly rejuvenated in 2010 with its first album of new material in four years, Something For the Rest of Us.
